Taking advantage and trying to get over on people. Thieves in a way.

Do not misunderstand the nature of this place. They will perform a "free check" on your vehicle, and then invent a bunch of problems that do not exist. This man is absolutely exploiting his customers. He assumes you don't know anything about your vehicle and takes advantage of you. We went in with full knowledge of our vehicle, every part, with a specific problem while traveling through Boston. He tried to scam us and when we asked him about it he couldn't explain himself and pretended to be very busy. He justifies it by saying it's part of his "Free check" which is essentially just him just assessing how he's going to make money off of you for invented reasons.
